Five coffees. No filler.
One house blend we've never changed, one darker blend for people who take it black, two origins we buy when they're good, and a decaf that isn't an apology. All roasted in South Africa, all ground to order.

Isabella blend
Named after Mikhael's firstborn, who arrived the week the blend was first released to the South African market. Voted Best Coffee in Cape Town in 2015, 2016 and 2017, and it's still the only coffee we pull in the café.

Tell us how you make it
Every bag is ground to order on the day it ships, or left whole if you'd rather do it yourself. It costs nothing either way — but pick right, because grind is the difference between a good bag and a wasted one.
Whole bean
If you have a grinder. Stays fresher for longer and you can move it to suit the machine.
Espresso
Fine. For pump machines with a portafilter. 18g in, about 36g out, 25–30 seconds.
Filter & Aeropress
Medium. V60, Chemex, drip machines and the Aeropress. 60g per litre.
Plunger
Coarse. French press and cold brew. Four minutes, then push slowly.
